Mareeba State High School is committed to providing education responsive to the needs of all learners in the school community. It is the school community’s aim to create the best possible environment for effective teaching and learning by: all school community members accepting ownership of their behaviour, their responsibilities andrespecting the rights of others; prompting the development of self disciplined behaviour in all community members; and, promoting a harmonious school environment where conflict and stress are minimised for all.The focus at our school is for students to embody the personal attributes of Respect, Organisation, Learning and Safety, in order to create a safe, orderly and supportive environment for all concerned.
